I received my grade exam certificate today.

The comments were not really surprising or new to me..

So hm...nothing much really:)

Just happy with my results. I kept my cert in my bag then just now i too it out and it is already crumpled.

Today we got back our HCL paper and A maths paper.

Amaths paper was a big screw up,coz i lost 8 marks for the GRAPH.

Crap.

But i didn't fail though.Still,wasted.Coz i plotted wrongly.Was i wearing opaque sunglasses?


HCL paper was okay.Chen Hua was like, 'I got very low marks.'

Then we ask how much,

Then he say,'39/50'.

Faint.Low meh!!

Worse still.

Whole class,paper 2 highest is 27/40.Lowest mark is 7.5.

Ms Toh say the number of passes in our class can be counted with one hand.


I got 35/50 for my chinese paper.Not bad,not very good.

I wonder how much i get for my chinese summary.I'm imagining my register number over 20.

The canteen's fried rice is super salty but it is sort of nice so i ate it another time. Now i'm sick of it.

Today's SL/ASL's retreat was rather cool?But abit odd lar.

We each contributed 2 dollars to buy stuff for CO(i'm sure the brooms are for the next NA claup,the bins are to remind us to dispose of our rubbish properly,the clock is to tell the time,the hand soap is for us to wash our hands after the NEXT CDS CLEANUP,and the duster is for the NASCO whitebard to use.)

So actually,we were like sort of paying some kind of CO fund.

LOL.Nevermind la.Btw after sch i kaypo nothing better to do since i had one hour on my hands so i followed janet,pearlyn ,si ying and isaac to the meda room and watch them do their project.

Before we settled inside the Jam Band was jamming inside like crazy then when we went in they purposely beat the drums harder etc.

In the end i think Mr Ong called them to leave coz they were too loud and would affect the people taking exams in the hall.

P.S I am totally so envious of those people who can speak English lik very pronounced lor.Not that i can't,but i don't pay much attention to these things when i speak.I'm going to enounciate(is it spelled like that?Or w/o the O?) my words properly from now on.

Today i went to watch Jack Neo's movie Where Got Ghost at Tampines Mall.

The digital effects were rather fake and totally inappropriate.Tell me wether Singapore has rocks falling over like an avalanche near a road.Maybe in Singapore No. 2?

I give it 1/5 though.Or 0.5/5.

He has probably tried to add new ideas to the movie but it seems like it doesn't work.

There isn't a flow in the movie storyline and the storyline seems cliched.

Occasional humor,but not those that will make you laugh clutching your stomach for 1 minute,just a slight laugh.

What should i say?:)

Even though the movie was not up to my expectations,i still enjoyed the trip lah.

Friends are the best,cause they make everything seem better.

Hahah.Funny trip today,especially at Long John Silver's.

With the exception of Geng Hao and i,the rest got tricked into buying medium coke size which is like super big,coz hey thought medium IS MEDIUM.

The cashir asked them, 'You want medium or large?'

The small coke flew away?

So i think they thought medium was like normal sized.

Jasper got cheated most though.Poor Jasper.Very funny.He thought the add-ons were included in the meal.

In the end add extra 1 dollar plus,from 5 something become 7.10.

But i don't feel elated at all,because it is like there's still the end of the year exams pressing against me.

Not that i'm worried because i'm from 3R1,but if you have not been doing well for the previous exams,will you be nervous?

I really hate it when people stereotype us as being the 'nerds' or the 'smarties pants' or the 'kiasu' or the 'muggers' or the 'no life people who rush home everyday just to study'.ETC,ETC.

Seriously,i just don't see how being in a triple science class has anything got to do with it.

Another science might be harder,true,but why does it get different treatment?

Aren't people in different express classes having the same number of subjects as us?


Do you know why people work hard?Because they feel insecure about their results and they feel that they need to do better.So that piece of insecurity becomes kiasuness that people believe we have the most.

People assume more than the truth....I'm feeling fed up with the 'just because you are 3R1' talk.

If we are expected to study hard and be nice,fine.BUT IF WE ARE EXPECTED TO STUDY HARD,BE A QUIET CLASS AND BE NICE JUST BECAUSE WE ARE 3R1,THEN IT IS NOT FINE AT ALL.

I finally understand how being in the supposedly best class will stress you out,from the minor things to the major things.

It is probably good influence in regard to studies,but there is also stress.

And more stress when people expect and assume things of you JUST BECAUSE you are in the triple scence stream.


I dare say that all schools in Singapore have the same thing going on.

Everyone is equal is easy to say,coz many people don't walk the talk.In real life,the talk just walks away with the bread(BreadTalk.Ok lame) and dies in the water.

Finally got this nagging thought which has been bugging me and irritating me out.

Has anybody watched Step It Up And Dance?The show is rather nice and the competition is rather tough among the finalists.

I like Boradway songs.The contestants in Step it up and dance were tested on cheorography for Man In The Mirror by MJ,and the part they chose was really emotional..

I woke up at around 9 plus and my mother said there was this warehouse sale at ubi there selling IP Zone,baleno and Samuel&kelvin garments.

So she asked us if we wanted to go:).I'm waiting for my sister to brush finish her teeth and wash up and eat finish her breakfast so we can go.

Today's National Day Celebration was so-so..After school my mum and i went to expo,then went to loyang point there to eat with sis too.

I saw some CO people there,hoho.

Today Janet and I were trying to play with this rubber thing(sounds wrong, but it's the cap of her water bottle) by rolling it to each other across Kristine' table.

So Kristine was of course very annoyed and tried block us.

In the end it ended up in the hands of Jasper, Pawan, Geng Hao, Christon and Edenuis at least once.

Haiz:( the game was really nice. In the end everyone started snatchin for it and Janet and I scratched Kristine's hands until streaks of red all over, and Jasper pinched my hand!!Haha.

Suddenly felt like changing my songs,so i changed it all to cello songs. If you don't like it you can just pause it:)

Today i keep imitating american accent!

Si Ying is bruised all over because i beat her.Haha, joking.Not really. When i laugh i will keep tapping her shoulder until she say very pain.

Hey people!

In my dining room using Asus Eee PC now.

It's rather easy to use and i think its the best out of the other mini laptops.The mini Vaio laptop actually sucks.(LOL i sound like i have alot of laptops but other than my father's one and this asus eee my house does not have any other laptops and this asus eee is also my father's.I use computer.Heiheihei.Ho random.)

This Asus Eee PC rocks,except that the shift and number 1 buttons are a bit far from the normal keyboard distance.But otherwise,its great.

LOL i sound lke i'm doing a review ror asus eee pc.

Haha,okay.So yesterday's CO concert at NAFA was rather nice. By a CO from China(Beijing i think) . And their members are around the same age as us!!!

And they are semi-proffesionals,like,when they grow into adults they will become pro musicians,no questions asked.

The CO was more of the tan bo side,so there were little cello solos but when there were,it was nice.Each of their individual skills are superb!!

They have around 20 pipas and 15 zhong ruans.Scary.3 cellists only.4 bassists.

GREAT except that my neck was hurting and my eyes painful...from the stage light i think.

AND THEIR UNIFORMS ARE SERIOUSLY KAWAII LOR.

The skirts are those type of checkered skirts you see in japan.

SOOOO NICE!!!!

Why doesn't Singapore uniforms have these type of skirts?curious o.0

Just now my aunt,uncle and 2 4-5 year old cousins Shannon and Dawn and my Wai Po came over.

They were looking at properties and my uncle tells me that properties have been selling like HOT CAKES.

Not really a wise move though.It means that since ppl are so desperate the agents/sellers can sell it at a higher price.

Like for example,my uncle was looking at the newspapers this morning and it advertised a particular condo unit.He called and THEY SAID IT WAS SOLD AT 10 AM THAT DAY.

Can you believe it..?

Then he went to view houses/condos then downstairs alot of property agents.Then he told us like if you go view this house hor,then you tell the agent uh i consider first i'll feedback to you tomorrow,

Don't need consider liao.The next morning you call the agent the house kenna sold le.

Scary..


Anyway before i went to the concert i was at xiaoke with YY. Tian lao shi teaching us f major and e major and appriegos for grade 4 le.

Next year we are going to take grade 5 exam.

My grade exams result will be known/sent to me 3 weeks later.I'm nervous!!!

NERVOUS.I don't want a pass.I want at least a merit.!!!

Actually i think its been eons since i've last blogged.:P

A lot of things have happened:)!

So firstly i got 32/40 for my chem, and 8/20 for my phy:(((

But i will work harder for my physics!

I have never in my life skipped so much lesson in sch in a week due to CO.

Firstly for the SYF closing ceromony and the rehearsal, then for my grade exam-.-

I hope i didn't miss anything important...

Yesterday YY Li Ying Hui Yi and me went to Fusheng's house.Then he let us see the score for Forbidden Love.WE WANT TO PLAY FOR THE END OF THE YEAR CONCERT LEH!

Then he like show us a lot of cello videos...Then we saw his sister Marlyn...SO CUTE!!!!!She likes hippos!!SUPER SUPER CUTE:)

So yesterday was rather fruitful?Learned something abt other cellists...all super pro de.

I want titanic score also.!

Anyway halfway i was like super cold then got stomachache.When i got home i was like dead tired..

Then my mum say i sick liao lar..Then she say i got h1n1...choi...haha

My temperature was abt 37.2.

No fever,but felt cold and feverish...so i went to sleep early at about 8pm,woke at 12am,then slept at 12.30am to about 7.40am.So here i am:))

Feeling better!!!Lots better.

Today i'm going to a concert by an overseas CO group that our conductor wnted us to go.They providing transport!!COOL.And its at NAFA!!!!

I'm quite excite t go to NAFA.Noob hor.

OHHHH!!!!!AND YESTERDAY'S GRADE EXAMMMM!!!!!

Everything was ok i think.Except for the aural part where she(my examiner is a she!!haiz) told me to clap beat of the song together with her as she was playing.Then the moment she instructed finish,she started playing...leaving me joining her only in the last 3 or 4 seconds=.= and she didn't repeat when she should have repeated..GRHH.Singing part was okay though.
